How many videographers will be capturing the wedding?

It will depend on what your film investment will be, but we will recommend a certain amount of videographers based on the layout of your venue and the scheduling of the day. Contact us to find out what would be the best fit for your wedding day.

Can I get the unedited footage?

We do offer the option to purchase the film library of your wedding day. Contact us to find out more details.

Can I pick the music for my film?

Due to copyright reasons, we cannot use most popular songs. We use licensing sources to provide music for your film. If you have a particular genre or style of music that you prefer for your film, let us know. We will do our best to match what you have in mind.

Are you willing to travel?

Absolutely! We love to travel. We are based out of Central Florida, but we travel throughout the United States and internationally. If you are planning a destination wedding, please Contact us, so we can put together a quote for travel expenses.

Do you have liability insurance?

Absolutely! We have general liability insurance and can provide a copy of our insurance on request.

How long until I get my film?

We will deliver your film(s) within eight weeks after the wedding date. We do have an add-on available to receive your film(s) sooner. Please see our Pricing information if you are interested in expediting your film delivery.

How will I receive my film(s)?

Once your film is ready for delivery, you will receive online access to download the video file(s). You will have up to ninety days to access the files for download with the link provided. If you lose your files at any time in the future, we will do our best to locate any backups that we have.

Can I make changes to the edited film?

If there are minor changes that you would like us to make, we will certainly do so. If the changes take more than thirty minutes, fees may be charged for additional editing time.

What is your payment policy?

A thirty percent non-refundable retainer is required to book a wedding date. We cannot reserve your date until payment has been received. The remaining balance will be due seven days before the wedding date. If your date changes and we are not booked on the new date, your retainer will transfer to that date. If we are booked on the new date, it will be considered a cancellation and the retainer will not be refunded. We do provide options for payment plans. Please Contact us to find out more information.

Do you offer drone footage?

Yes! Weather permitting and if the venue is outside of restricted airspace, we capture drone footage with all of our weddings. *We are licensed with the FAA (Part 107)
